Fat Dissolver Pre-Care Instructions

1 Week Prior to Appointment:

  • Avoid Blood Thinners & Dehydrating Substances: Refrain from consuming caffeine, alcohol, St. John’s Wort, Ginkgo Biloba, primrose oil, fish oil, vitamin E, aspirin, ibuprofen, or similar products (e.g., Advil, Motrin, Aleve). These can increase bruising, bumps, pinpoint marks, and reduce volume.

  • Avoid Skin Sensitizers: Do not use tretinoin, retinal, retinoids, glycolic acid, peels, or other skin-sensitizing products.

72 Hours Prior and After:

  • Diet: Avoid highly processed foods, which can dehydrate the body. Instead, incorporate spinach, kale, and celery into your diet to boost Vitamin K levels.

  • Hydration: Drink 1/2 gallon or more of water daily. This helps Hyaluronic Acid bond effectively with water, supporting optimal results.

24 Hours Prior and As Needed After:

  • Arnica Montana Tablets and Anti-Inflammatory: Take arnica Montana tablets and an anti-inflammatory (e.g., ibuprofen) to help minimize swelling and bruising.

Following these preparation steps will help ensure the best possible outcome for your treatment.
